Where Is My Order?

After the successful purchase here and here, i was so excited to do it for the 2nd time..

After all they got a lot more other stuff that i cant let go (with a slash)..hehehe

Here's what i bought.

ASOS Midi Dress In Crepe

ASOS Ruched Detail Top

ASOS Top With Long Sleeves & Side Twist Detail

Rare Butterfly One Shoulder Dress

Nali Patterned Straw Clutch Bag

When i login to ASOS those items have been dispatched 11 June 2012 using Royal Mail (standard delivery). And it will only take usually around 8-10 working days to arrive.

But until 29 June 2012..nadaaaaa..

Last time i used my office address but since im no longer working there i used my house address which is a high rise residence and you know i only i have this mailbox near the not sure if standard delivery from oversea cannot reach this kind of resident?

SO i decided to write to them..

it has been dispatched on 11 June 2012 but until now i have not received it. the address i provided is an apartment address whereby i have a mailbox on the lobby. im not sure if standard delivery can actually deliver to this kind of address. i dont know if once it reached malaysia, which courier company will deliver it  

And within an hour i got a quick reply from them:

Hello Dila
Thanks for getting in touch – I’m sorry to hear you’re waiting for your order to arrive.
I’ve taken a look at your order and it should have been with you by 21/06/2012.
Occasionally there are postal delays outside of our control, and our carrier has asked to allow an additional 9 working days for your order to arrive.
If you haven’t received your parcel by 05/07/2012, please get back in touch with me and I’ll look into this for you straightaway.

There is no tracking number available for this delivery but occasionally your local Post Office may be able to look into this for you if you provide them with your name and address. It would also be worth checking with your neighbours and in any safe places a parcel might be left, in case the parcel was delivered whilst you were out.

u know i really loooooveeeeee good customer service and i really appreciate them getting back to me that fast.

Not only they have good selection, free delivery worldwide, great discounts and not to mention wonderful,
quick and friendly customer service..i mean..what else to ask for?
