When Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word

I have to admit,some Malaysian or local restaurant are soooo not customer service oriented. Well, what happened today really proved it.


We were having our lunch at Secret Recipe,The Mall and there 5 of us. After ordered our meal,we waited around 15 minutes jugakla nak siap.Ok fine..takpe.


But 4 of us got our food first and makan dulula. Then lagi sorang ni punye makanan tak sampai-sampai up until all of us finished our food. Muke die pun dah lemau menunggu. Eventho dah banyak kali tanye kat waiter tu pun still tak siap-siap.

Sampai kali yang keberapa ntah kitorang tanye, the waiter tu pun macam dah taknak layan. Panggil pun buat dek aje. We started to feel so pissed off especially yang blom dapat mkanan
tu la.

Last-last mamat ni merajuk kate kalo x buat lg die nak cancel order tu. Tp si waiter sengal ni macam tak reti-reti nak pg jenguk kt dapur n tanyekan. When we asked kenapa tak siap-siap lagi, all he said was " Ntahla,kitchen tu ade problem kot,takpun dorang salah amek order"..What??????????mmg fail betullaaaa.


The next thing when my friend was ready to leave and look for other restaurant, food die pun sampai,but it wasnt what he ordered.He ordered CHICKENBALL spagetti,but they sent MEATBALL spagetti. So sekali lagi kitorang bengang,n somemore my fren ni Indian,obviously la tak makan daging,how insensitive they were.


Lepas tu bile kitorang cakap kitorang taknak spagetti tu (of kos la kan, bukan ape yg kite order), si waiter ni mcm buat muke plak,pastu boleh lg nak argue-argue ngn kitorang macam kitorang yang salah order. Because actually ade 2 waiters yang amek order but this sengal guy kept saying waitress lg satu tu ckp kitorang mmg order MEATBALL spagetti. Hadoiiii..memang sengal la ko ni..kalo kitorang dah kata bukan tu bukan la..


Pastu finally bila kitorang berkeras taknak amek spagetti tu n berkeras taknak bayar utk tu,die siap amek spagetti tu n ckp " Ala,takpelah,yang ni saya bayarla!"..How rude???Is that?


And then my fren ni mmg dah x ble blah ngn waiter tu trus meninggalkan tempat kejadian dgn lg sorang member kami.Meninggalkan kami terkulat-kulat menghabiskan sisa-sisa makanan. Tup-tup dtg lagi sorang waiter ni hantar spagetti lagi. We were like..."Kitorang dah cancel la.Ni ape plak hantar spagetti lagi nih?.. Pastu yang buat makin sakit hati they still sent MEATBALL SPAGETTI!!!!OMG!!!!Memang sumpah sengal siottttttt.


Ape lagi kitorang ckpla our fren dah blah pun buat ape nk hanta spagetti lagik???Salah spagetti plak tuh?Pastu die ckp abis tu mcmane?kitorang pun bgtaula yg kwn die waiter sengal tu kate nak bayarkan.Hah amek kau!Bayar due2 tu sekali.Pastu semua buat-buat muke blur jee..


Actually I didnt think they understand whats the issue,its not really the money.But its the SERVICE. Dahla langsung takde ckp maaf sebab LAMBAT,pastu SALAH HANTAR ORDER 2 KALI OK!And tak friendly langsung!


Siap my fren ni Kak Normah sound waiter tu.."Korang ni kalo tak faham bahasa Inggeris... (because we were comunicating in English with the waiters tp nampakla muke dorang cam tak berapa paham sbb blur semacam je,tanya lain pun jwp lain) meh sini akak cakap bahasa melayu. First sekali dahla tak cakap maaf langsung sbb lambat,kite ni orang melayu ade budi bahase,lepas tu bile kitorang panggil-panggil nak tanye pasal makanan korang buat dek aje,pastu salah hanta spageti plak tuh,korang kan tau die Indian takkan tak tau die tak makan daging? Meh sini akak tanye ape korang rase kalo tibe-tibe orang serve you babi sedangkan dorang tau u Islam,ape korang rase?sakit hati x? "


Hah amek ko..memang dasar kerja gaji buta dowhhhh.And then mmg kitorang notice dorang dah malas nak layan,bile mintak bil mak aiiiii berzaman tunggu,silap cas lebih spagetti plak tuhh..aduhhhh..


Sesungguhnya serik dah nak makan kt situ.Such a bad experience.Never thought they can be so ignorant.Mentang-mentangla ramai foreigner makan kat situ,kitorang yang local ni dorang buat layan tak layan jek..Hampeh betul.


For you out there,jgn sesekali biarkan org macam ni pijak kepala kite. Jangan ingat kite ni lembut tapi lemah! We as customers have the right to say something because we pay what! Its not like we were asking for something yang irregular,tp itupun dorang tak bole nak deliver.What a shame.



P/S: Tekad nak banned Secret Recipe The Mall buat beberapa bulan.

pengalaman saya... 3kali pegi secret recipe midvalley 3 3 tue lar i just keluar saja...xmkn n they didnt even bother to ask me. haiyo...sangat teruk lar...service sgt lambat n buat tak tau jek ngn kita...kata maaf pun jauh sekali... :o(

haha..yeke..dgr crite SR kat KLCC pun teruk jugak..memang jgn la nk expect ape2 servis kat situ..
